1999
March 12:Organisational meeting convened to support the candidacy of Im Ja P. Choi and Young K. Park, respectively, for the office of Register of Wills and Board of Education, Wissahickon School District, Montgomery County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for the primary election on May 18. "Committee for Im Ja P. Choi and Young K. Park (CC&P)" adopted. Sang Joo Kim elected to Chairman. Jenny Chung appointed to Secretary. In attendance: Charlie Choe, Sullae Choe, Im Ja P. Choi, Jenny Chung, Sang I. Kang, Adam Kim, Sang Joo Kim, Jin Seok Lee, Young K Park, Paige H. Wallace
March 16:Jenny Chung appointed to Treasurer pro tempore. Robert's Rule of Order The Modern Edition adopted for a governing guideline.
March 23:"Council for America My Country (CAMC)" was born. "To Empower to Practise Good Citizenship" adopted. The CC&P's structure, leadership and membership carried over. CC&P dissolved. CAMC "embraces a broader and deeper" vision.
April 13:Resolution adopted to support the candidacy of Loretta A. Leader for District Justice, Cheltenham Township. Im Ja P. Choi appointed to Director for Community Relations of CAMC.
April 14:Sang Joo Kim was an invited guest at the State Republican Dinner at the Hyatt-Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia.
April 21:Issued an invitation to Loretta A. Leader to speak before CAMC meeting.
April 23:Loretta A. Leader, District Justice, Magisterial District 38-1-03, spoke at the CAMC meeting.
April 30:Young K. Park appointed to Counselor of CAMC.
May 15: CAMC Seminar:

May 18:Loretta A. Leader and Young K. Park won the primary election. Sang Joo Kim and Young K. Park made rounds visiting all polling places in the District. Im Ja P. Choi, Sang Joo Kim and Young K. Park attended the MCRC's post-primary election party at the Cedarbrook Country Club.
June 10:Tae Shik Kwon appointed to Deputy Director for Community Relations of CAMC.
July 9:Marcel Groen, Chairman, Montgomery County Democratic Committee, (MCDC) wrote to Sang Joo Kim offering the position for the candidacy of Clerk of Courts to the Korean community.
July 15:CAMC holds News Conference at Dol Go Chon: "Clerk of Courts"
July 22:Sang Joo Kim participated in the MCDC's Executive Committee Meeting at the invitation of MCDC.
August 19:Don Kim appointed to Secretary of CAMC.

CAMC holds News Briefing: "The Spirit of the Constitution Award"
September 13:Il Hwan Kim, Jae Jin Ma, and Ae Sook Yoon appointed to Director for Outreach, Treasurer, and Director for Ageing & Elder Care, respectively.
September 17:CAMC received The Spirit of the Constitution Award sponsored by The League of Women Voters of Philadelphia.
Kwi Yun Park, 12th grade at the Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School, won the Constitution Day Essay Contest, entitled "What My Citizenship Means to Me".
September 22: Jenny Chung resigned from Director for Voter Registration.
September 26: Voter registration drive conducted at Yuong Sang Presbyterian Church.
October 2: Voter registration drive conducted at Woo Jung Tennis Club.
October 3: Voter registration drive conducted at Antioch Church of Philadelphia, Blue Bell Korean Presbyterian Church, Nak Won Presbyterian Church, Peniel Korean Presbyterian Church, Zion Presbyterian Church.
October 10:Sang Joo Kim was an invited guest at the MCDC's Annual Fall Dinner.
October 11:Jerry Boucher appointed to Director for Systems Management.
October 12:Sang Joo Kim was an invited guest at the Civic Leadership Reception sponsored by League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania. CAMC contributed to the Citizen Education Fund at the level of Corporate Voter.
November 2:Sang JooKim and Young K. Park made rounds visiting all polling places in the District. Sang Joo Kim and Young K. Park attended the MCRC's post-election party at the Cedarbrook Country Club.
November 2:Young K Park won the general election today to be a director of the Board of Education of the Wissahickon School District, Montgomery County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
November 22:Young K Park's appointment to CAMC Staff rescinded.

January 17:Mary Etezady spoke on the Philosophy and Mission of the League of Women Voters.
January 20:Sang Joo Kim was an invited guest at the dinner of the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia.
February 21:Willie Pai appointed to Deputy Secretary of CAMC.
