RULES for admitted Commissioner candidates (Ruth S. Damsker, Jim Matthews, Wendell W. Young III)
1.Each candidate will have 1 minute for opening remark. 3 min3 min
2.Each candidate will have 1 minute to answer the question A. 36
3.Damsker will have 50 seconds to rebut Matthews/Young. 50 sec
4.Matthews will have 50 seconds to rebut Damsker/Young. 50
5.Young will have 50 seconds to rebut Damsker/Matthews. 508.5

6.Damsker will have 30 seconds to ask Matthews/Young a question. 30 sec
7.Matthews/Young will have 1 min to answer the question. 1 min

18.Each prospective questioner will have 1 min to pose one question only (to a specific candidate) with one followup question allowed. He/she must raise hand, secure permission, and identify self. No statement let. 1 min
19.A candidate will have 1 min to answer the question and 30 seconds to answer the followup question, if any. 30 sec
*This format will continue until the elapsed time will reach
120 min or otherwise.
RULES for timing
20.A bell will ring warning 15 seconds before time is up.
21.A second bell will ring for stop.
22.Timer will break in to stop and declare "Time's Up!" if the second bell is ignored.
