Dear Frank:

This will acknowledge receipt of your faxed-letter, dated October 23, 2000, to me responding to my letter, dated October 20, 2000, asking you to support and endorse our effort towards the goal of a Korean version of Voter Registration form be made available.

Under a separate cover, a pack of the materials (6 pp) that we sent out to regional constituents is on its way to you.

For your second query, I advise you to look up any English dictionary and learn the definition of "support", "endorse" and "define". English is not a native tongue to many of us including me.

I thank you for your response "on behalf of both MCRC and those Republican candidates who have not, as of this time, responded to your [my] request"

Regards,

Sang Joo Kim / signed
Chairman
