Hence, we ask you personally to promptly present us "a definite date" as to what Governor's projected timeline is "in the planning and formation stages" of the Commission.

In the same vein, will there be an oversight mechanism to oversee the Commission and its work ?

We want you to know that we are much interested in actively engaging and participate in the Governor's Advisory Commission on Asian American Affairs. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Kim,

Please inform the attendees to the meeting that the Commission has been established by the Executive Order that you have, but that it is not operating yet. We are currently in the planning and formation stages, so any recommendations for commissioners can be sent to me. Also, please feel free to collect the resumes of individuals who are suggested to you and then you may forward along to me.

Kind regards,
Nicole
