Dear Jim:
This is to acknowledge absence, to date, of your response to our earlier notes addressed to you, dated September 16, 2004 and September 24, 2000, respectively, asking you to make available Affirmative Action Policy of the Montgomery County government.
Without the benefit of an availability of Montgomery County government's Affirmative Action Policy, we ask, hence, you to answer the following questions:
1. The Termination memorandum, signed by Frances V Pierce, listed "1. Unprofessional Behavior" as a reason.
1.1. What is the definition of "Unprofessional Behavior" which your government used/uses as a thinly-veiled pretext for a discriminatory and unlawful termination?
1.2. What is the standard of the definition of "Unprofessional Behavior" which your government used/uses as a thinly- veiled pretext for a discriminatory and unlawful termination?
1.3. What is the scope of the standard of the definition of "Unprofessional Behavior" which your government used/uses as a thinly-veiled pretext for a discriminatory and unlawful termination?
2. Similarly, the Termination memorandum, signed by Frances V Pierce, listed "2. Poor Job Performance" as a reason.
2.1. What is the definition of "Poor Job Performance" which your government used/uses as a thinly-veiled pretext for a discriminatory and unlawful termination?
2.2. What is the standard of the definition of "Poor Job Performance" which your government used/uses as a thinly-veiled pretext for a discriminatory and unlawful termination?
2.3. What is the scope of the standard of the definition of "Poor Job Performance" which your government used/uses as a thinly-veiled pretext for a discriminatory and unlawful termination?
