"NW Police Incident #C-69206-06", Kyung Kyo Han (aka Sang Woo Han), Rev Kyu Dong Yi of Philadelphia Mil Al Church, The East-Northern Presbytery of the General Assembly of the Korean Presbyterian Church in the USA

Dear Chief Hackert:

Thank you for your note.

All indications appear to strongly point to the high likelihood that you improperly acted, at least, as an agent and on behalf of Kyung Kyo Han (aka Sang Woo Han) and his lawyer in the morning of June 21, 2006 and that you seriousy prejudiced the matter/s. Hence, we ask you to immediately recuse yourself from the case/s.

One may be appalled with your lack of prudence and lapse of sagacity as Police Chief in your having unwarrantably attempted to coerce a key-witness in the case/s into signing an unknown [to Rev Yi] document against his will let alone in front and in the presence of a ten (10) year old child against his [Rev Yi's] objection.  In the same vein, you apparently inveigled the son of Rev Yi into a translator between you and Rev Yi.

Your assertion that we "have been preliminarily mis-informed" sounds an ungentlemanly bid to obfuscate the issue/s and shall be unsustainable, and it is in the page one (1) of a playbook for pre-Ks.

Separately, when were you asked to "discuss this investigation with" us?

Please do know that Rev Yi of The Mil Al Presbyterian Church has authorised "CAMC to speak for" them in this matter.

Thank you and regards,

"NW Police Incident #C-69206-06", Kyung Kyo Han (aka Sang Woo Han), Rev Kyu Dong Yi of Philadelphia Mil Al Church, The East-Northern Presbytery of the General Assembly of the Korean Presbyterian Church in the USA

Dear Chief Hackert:

We have been preliminarily informed that you apparently attempted yesterday morning to coerce Rev Kyu Dong Yi of Philadelphia Mil Al Church into signing an unknown [to Rev Yi] document against his will.
We have been preliminarily informed that you apparently lured him into the North Wales Police Department parking lot and engaged in the aforementioned act.
We have been preliminarily informed that you apparently told him that Kyung Kyo Han, Young K Park Esquire and a detective from the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office were waiting in a second floor room of your Police Department.
We have been preliminarily informed that you apparently told him to the effect that they wanted to give your church the money $60,000 and that they wanted to transfer signer of the Bank Account from Mr Han [Kyung Kyo] to jointly him and another pastor of the East-Northern Presbytery.
We have been preliminarily informed that you apparently attempted to forcefully compel him to come into the room and execute the unknown [to Rev Yi] document by signining it in the presence of them against his volition.

Is it the case?

We may be unable to disincline to a view that these acts and conducts of yours may constitute an extra province of your duty as Police Chief  should they be shown to be not to the contrary.

Thank you and regards,
S  Kim
