Dear Luke, Guy and Vince:

Ken Mehlman wrote us this morning providing *the quotes.
It has been brought to our attention that a man named "Kenneth Wong" of Pennsylvania has been publicizing himself to be "Pennsylvania State Chair for Asian Americans- Bush'04" at least since February this year. If that were the case,
  1. When did he become the Chair?
  2. By whom and what authority did he become the Chair?
  3. By and through what selection process did he become the Chair?
  4. What is his qualification to serve as the Chair?
  5. What political credentials does he possess to serve as the Chair?
  6. Would you release to the public the appointment letter?

Your prompt and full attention will serve many constituents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Thank you.

Regards,
Sang Joo Kim
