It seems that you have been failing to respond to the queries and that your responsibility as such may have been willfully deserted and dodged. Hence, please do know that this trail of correspondence with you will be posted, inter alia, on the CAMC website as a matter of record.

Thank you for your note.
Would you name who specifically conducted "a rigorous vetting process" beside "conversations with" yourself?
Who are "we" who "evaluated folks ..."?
Would you make available an official email address and a phone number of "Luke Bernstein"?
Would you make available minutes of the Commission meetings while "the website is currently under construction"?
Your prompt attention will be obliged. Thank you and regards,

Dear Mr. Kim,
Although I am enjoying these conversations, I wonder- why are you asking all of these questions? It seems like you have something on your mind and instead of entertaining a long string of emails with various questions, it might be better to be direct about your concerns.
The Office of Public Liaison and the Governor’s Office in Harrisburg.
Although there was not a rubric/point system of evaluation, we evaluated folks on the following categories: community leadership/impact, diversity of constituency/audience, & diversity of profession. We were looking to find a balance across many different communities as the Commission is ADVISORY in nature and we need to ensure that the diverse range of our community is represented.
Luke Bernstein.
As of today, the website is currently under construction and the minutes have not been posted.
Best wishes, Amy

Who is your superior?
Would you make available minutes of the Commission meetings? Your prompt attention will be obliged.

Dear Mr. Kim,
You would be correct in deducing that there are some Commissioners who served on the previous administration’s Commission that continue to serve on the current Commission. As for selection, there is a rigorous vetting process to candidate selection including conversations with myself. Although there is not a developed rubric, we evaluated all of the candidates with the highest standards.
Thanks, Amy

It appears prima facie that at least two persons+ who served the Rendell administration (8 years) are serving again
the incumbent administration and one of them is a member of the Korean-American community.
+ Adam Kim Drake Nakaishi
Would you be kind to make available a procedure by which each member of the current Commission was selected?
Your prompt attention will be obliged.
