translator/interpreter with no [apparent, perceived] conflict of interest

to press the matter all the way.
4. Rev Kyu Dong Yi will thank you for your prompt attention to
this matter.
5. Rev Kyu Dong Yi, filed the complaint on April 24, 2006
with The Hon Barry J Hackert, Chief, North Wales Police Department and he
was interviewed on May 1, 2006 by The Hon Richard L Peffall, Det Lt, Major
Crimes Unit, Montgomery County Detectives, at the North Wales Police
Department in the presence of Moon Ahn, "Prosecutor Ahn". Thereafter, "Prosecutor
Ahn" wrote us that he had been relieved from the case. On May 25, 2006,
The Hon Steven Latzer, ADA Chief Economic Crime Unit District Attorney's
Office, telephoned us, talked with us for over forty (40) minutes, and assured
that he would vigorously and speedily investigate the matter soliciting
our cooperation. In response, we wrote to him as quoted below:

Thank you for your telephone call and thought we had a good talk.
Please kindly note the following based on Rev Yi's words:

1. Rev Kyu Dong Yi of Philadelphia Mil Al Church strongly feels
intimidated and threatened.
2. Rev Kyu Dong Yi of Philadelphia Mil Al Church strongly feels
that he has been being retaliated against.
3. Rev Kyu Dong Yi of Philadelphia Mil Al Church strongly fears
his, his family's and his Church's security and well-being.
4. Rev Kyu Dong Yi of Philadelphia Mil Al Church will need at least
one completely and fully independent and competent translator/interpreter
with no [apparent, perceived] conflict of interest for you/your office
to speak with him.
5. Rev Kyu Dong Yi of Philadelphia Mil Al Church wants to press
the matter all the way.
To date, however, Rev Kyu Dong Yi has not been contacted by The Hon
Steven Latzer.
4. Rev Kyu Dong Yi will thank you for
your prompt attention to this matter.
