The Hon Joseph M Hoeffel (D-13-PA)
U S House of Representatives

Dear Joe:

On or about June 25, 2001

Joshua D Shapiro, your chief of staff, telephoned me and made statements
including but are not limited to the following in an angry,
high-pitched, hysterical and unprofessional manner and tone;
  1. anti-constituent slurrs
  2. anti-ethnic slurrs
  3. anti-minority slurrs
  4. anti-racial slurrs
  5. discriminatory slurrs
  6. prejudicial slurrs

I e-wrote him several times asking him to put into writing to clear the air on record.

His silence to date, hence, directs me to write to you. Thank you.

Regards,

Sang Joo Kim

and/or are.

You also specified that Carmela Gipprich, your executive assistant, "was
present" with Josh Shapiro "when the call occurred". If so, one may
infer that Mel was a collaborator with Josh.

I affirm that
